Google Play requires a public way to delete an account created with Google Sign-In. Use the steps below. This page is the account deletion URL for Play Console: https://mypurrse.com/account-deletion
What is deleted on our side
When we complete a deletion request we remove, from our VPS:
- Your user record (Google user id and email)
- Sign-in refresh tokens
- Linked account list and usage counts
- Play subscription state we stored (this does not cancel Play Billing by itself)
- Optional Help improve samples and merchant category memory
What we cannot delete for you
- Google Sheets and receipt photos in your Drive. Those stay until you delete the MyPurrse folder in Drive.
- A paid plan. Cancel Starter or Pro in the Google Play Store on your phone (Payments and subscriptions).
- Nightly server backups, which are dropped after about 14 days.
How to request deletion
- Sign out of MyPurrse on every phone, then uninstall the app if you want.
- Cancel any MyPurrse subscription in Google Play.
- Email cattech.enterprise@gmail.com from the same Google address you used in the app, with the subject "MyPurrse account deletion".
- Tell us whether we should also ignore future sign-ins from that Google account.
We will confirm by email and delete the server record within 30 days. CatTech Enterprise may ask you to confirm the Google account so we do not delete the wrong person.
In the app today
You can already stop new tracking (sign out, revoke notification access), turn off Help improve MyPurrse, and delete kept samples in Den, Privacy. Full server-account wipe is done by the email request above.
