TNG and MAE alerts to Google Sheets
MyPurrse turns the payment notifications from Touch 'n Go eWallet and Maybank MAE into rows in a Google Sheet in your own Drive. Pick both apps once; after that, every payment they alert you about is filed for you.
Set it up
- Pick your apps. Choose Touch 'n Go eWallet and MAE. Add Messages if your bank also sends SMS.
- Pay as usual. Scan a DuitNow QR, tap your card or pay a friend. The app posts its normal alert.
- It's filed. Only the alert text leaves your phone. AI labels it, and a row lands in this month's sheet, MyPurrse YYYY-MM.

Transfers and top-ups
Moving your own money between accounts, like reloading TNG eWallet from MAE, isn't spending or income, so it stays out of your totals and budget.
- When one of your accounts sends money and another receives the same amount within 15 minutes, both are saved as a transfer.
- Payments to your own name and wallet top-ups are also treated as transfers.
- Paying your credit card bill is a transfer, so card purchases are never counted twice.
- Money sent to someone else, such as DuitNow to a friend, is spending even though the alert says "transfer".
Questions
Do I need to change anything in TNG eWallet or MAE?
Only keep their payment notifications turned on. MyPurrse can only read alerts the apps actually show on your phone.
My bank sends SMS instead of app notifications. Does that work?
Yes. Add Messages as one of your apps and MyPurrse reads bank SMS too. Only messages that mention money are read.
Does MyPurrse need my bank login?
No. It only reads the payment alerts your bank and e-wallet apps already show on your phone. It never connects to a bank, never asks for your online banking password and cannot move money.
Is MyPurrse on Google Play yet?
Not publicly yet. MyPurrse is in beta on Android, and the Google Play listing opens to everyone in Q4 2026.
How much does MyPurrse cost?
Free reads alerts from 1 app. Pro is RM 6.90 a month for 3 apps and Max is RM 12.90 a month for 10 apps. Paying yearly gets 12 months for the price of 11.
